Our principles
The organizational culture of the UNIBEP group is an achievement which the company has been honing for over half a century of its existence. It is a collection of principles which our staff were and are still guided by. The principles do not constitute a closed set. They are developing along with the company. However, the following basic values are still preserved: honesty, reliability and partnership.
At work
- We are a team. We occupy different positions and do various jobs, but we have the awareness and sense of pursuing the same goal - the client's satisfaction and the continuous development of the company.
- We know we are good. Nevertheless, we strive to be better and better. We constantly raise our standards and reach for new challenges.
- We promote outstanding individuals. They are the driving force of our company.
- We combine youth, passion and enthusiasm with experience and deliberation, then one and one always makes more than two.
- We talk to each other. We know that, as a team, we will be able to handle problems more easily ? regardless of the level they appeared at.
- We do not hide mistakes or failures, we speak about them frankly so that others can avoid them.
- We show off our successes, so that everybody can take advantage of the knowledge and experience we have gained.
- We support each other. You can't build anything based on envy.
- We despise cheats and swindlers - there is no place for them in our team.
After work

- Although we are rooted in various cultures and religions, we break the traditional holy wafer with each other at Christmas - after all, we know each other and are aware of what to wish each other.
- When end-stage floral decorations appear on buildings - we celebrate, alongside our partners, our cooperation, and look forward to further success in the construction.
