Forbes’s Diamonds of 2010
In this year's IV ranking of the magazine “Forbes”, UNIHOUSE, still as a company, took the first place in the category of companies showing income below 50 million zlotys in Podlasie province.
Let us remind you that “Forbes’s Diamonds” is a ranking of the Polish enterprises which are the fastest to increase their equity in the period of the previous three years of their business activity.

Quality of the Year 2009
During the ceremonial gala event of the IV QUALITY OF THE YEAR competition, which took place on 18 February 2010 in the Diamond Hotel in Katowice, we were awarded a title QUALITY OF THE YEAR 2009. The title was given in the category of:

Gazelle of business
At the ceremonial gala event in the Podlasie Concert Hall on 20.02.2009 the daily paper "Puls Biznesu" confirmed the membership of Unihouse sp. z o.o. to the elite club the "Gazelles of Business" - the group of the most dynamically developing companies.
Competition for EUROPRODUCT
On 4th November 2008 at the ceremonial Final Gala Event of the XIII national EUROPRODUCT competition ,UNIHOUSE was given an award in the category of
PRODUCT for: brick walls prefabricated in CETE technology
In the EUROPRODUCT competition the best Polish PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND INITIATIVES are awarded prizes. The competition is held under the patronage of the Ministry of the Economy and the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.

Emblem MARKET LEADER 2008
20 May witnessed the Final Gala Event, during which the IX Promotional Competition for the MARKET LEADER 2008 EURO LEADER was adjudicated. The aim of this competition is to reward and promote companies, products and services in leading market positions, as well as to recognize innovative technical, technological and organizational solutions.
At the Final Gala Event UNIHOUSE was awarded a certificate in the category of "Best Product in Poland" for:
brick walls prefabricated in CETE technology.

Adjudication of the PZITB competition for Construction of the Year 2006
On 25 October 2007, during the ceremonial gala event, the winners of the competition for Construction of the Year 2006 in the Northeastern Region were announced.
