Single-family houses

UNIHOUSE specializes in the construction of single-family houses mainly to the order of property development companies. Single-family houses can be constructed:

  • in timber-frame technology, in the module version (novelty in Poland) or panel version.

The company has its own team of architects and static engineers, who can help the Client in house designing. Construction can be based both on the ready-made design conceptions of UNIHOUSE and on projects prepared by other designers. UNIHOUSE closely cooperates with a well-known design studio called MTM STYL sp. z o.o. from Białystok, and the company?s extensive range of designs (www.domywstylu.pl) is at the same time the UNIHOUSE range. Our company also executes projects to individual order and, at the Client?s request, makes changes in existing designs of houses.

UNIHOUSE does not sell houses exclusively from the catalogue. Therefore, the presented range is a demonstration range and can be treated as a source of inspiration for the Investor to design his own "dream house".
