On 09.09.2019 The company concluded an agreement for construction of residential buildings in modular technology in Jessheim in Norway.

UNIHOUSE will design and construct in modular technology two turnkey buildings, five and six storeys, in which there will be a total of 123 residential units.

The commencement of the design works is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2019, and the commencement of production for the second quarter of 2020. The completion of the investment is expected in the first quarter of 2021.

Let us recall that there are four buildings under construction in Jessheim, for implementation of which UNIHOUSE signed a contract in June this year. There will be 184 residential units.
