The new year brought changes to the Unibep SA Management Board, which is now composed of four members. But this is not the only change in management boards of companies in the Unibep Group.
Adam Poliński, formerly heading Unibep SA's Infrastructure Division, becomes a new member of Unibep SA's Management Board.
Adam Poliński was born in 1971. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Warsaw University Branch in Białystok, and completed post-graduate studies in Accounting and Corporate Finance. He has been acting as an academic teacher since 1996, working with companies and local authorities in the field of financial consultancy. From 2006 to 2018 he acted as Deputy Mayor of the City of Białystok, which involved supervising the Municipal Roads Administration, the Department of Investment, Architecture and Urban Planning. At the Municipal Roads Administration, he was responsible for the preparation and implementation of municipal investments and for obtaining EU funds for them. Since September 2018 at Unibep SA, he was first the Board Representative for Public-Private Partnerships and then, since February 2019 as the Director of the Infrastructure Division of Unibep SA, as well as a member of the Supervisory Board of Budrex Sp. z o.o., based in Białystok.
In November 2020, by the decision of the Supervisory Board of Unibep SA, he was appointed a member of the Company's Management Board. He took up this post from the first of January 2021.
The Management Board of Unibep SA currently consists of four members: the President of the Board is Leszek Gołąbiecki, the Vice-Presidents of the Board: Sławomir Kiszycki, Krzysztof Mikołajczyk and Adam Poliński.
Also the roster on the board of Unihouse SA has changed, and is now composed of three members. The new year marks the start of Marcin Gołębiewski acting as the Chairman of the Board. The new president of Unihouse SA was born in 1981. He has an Eng, MSc in Civil Engineering. Since graduation in 2006, he has been with Unihouse, a Branch of Unibep. He was a foreman, construction manager, assembly works manager and contract manager on construction sites in Poland and Norway. He exercises the executive and financial supervision over the projects conducted in Scandinavia. In November 2019, he took the position of a Member of the Management Board of Unihouse SA. Since 2021, he has been acting as the President of the Management Board of Unihouse S.A.
Since 2021, Sławomir Kiszycki has been Vice-President of Unihouse SA, with Roman Jakubowski as a member of the Management Board.
