April 28, 2021 company UNIHOUSE S.A. signed an agreement with UTBYGGING AS for the implementation of a modular investment called "Marie Michelets Veg 9" in Trondheim, Norway.

The subject of the Agreement is the design and implementation of 3 buildings in modular technology, which will include 35 apartments.

The implementation of design works will begin in the 2nd quarter of 2021. The construction works are planned to start in the 1st quarter of 2022, and the completion of the investment in the 3rd quarter of 2022.
