For the ARGE Kernen Beinsteiner Straße consortium, consisting of the companies AH Aktiv-Haus GmbH, based in Stuttgart, and WOLFF & MÜLLER Hoch und Industrie-bau GmbH & Co. KG Zweigniederlassung Modulares Wohnen, based in Stuttgart, signed a contract for the design and construction of three buildings with 24 residential units using modular technology. The value of the contract is about 15.4 million PLN.

Implementation of design work for the investment entitled "Kernen" in Kern. "Kernen" in Kernen, Germany, will take place in the third quarter of 2021, and construction work is planned to start in the first quarter of 2022. The entire investment will be completed in the third quarter of 2022, with the proviso that construction work will commence after the investor concludes an agreement with the final customer, which is planned for September 2021.
