• Modular technology - building construction technology based on prefabricated modules, i.e. spatial, three-dimensional (volumetric) segments with a wooden substructure. Modules are characterised by a high degree of prefabrication, i.e. they are manufactured as prefabricated structural elements which are delivered to site and assembled as large volumetric elements or as essential building components such as whole rooms, parts of rooms or separate units with a high level of usability. On-site finishing work may only consist of residual finishing work and installation of systems whose manufacturing technology precludes fabrication in the factory,

  • Modules in modular construction are innovative prefabricated segments that are revolutionising the construction process. They are self-contained construction units that can be quickly and efficiently assembled on site to create durable and aesthetically pleasing buildings. Thanks to standardised dimensions and clever factory production, the modules ensure reduced construction times, reduced costs and reduced risk of errors.

  • The use of modules makes it possible to build a wide range of buildings, from educational to commercial, A variety of buildings can be built using modules, such as schools, crèches, kindergartens, dormitories, public buildings, office buildings, as well as healthcare facilities, spas or hotels, military facilities, Modular construction is distinguished by its energy efficiency and minimised environmental impact, making it an attractive choice in the context of sustainable development. • The tallest timber module building in the world is Hoas Tuuliniitty in Espoo, Finland, which is approximately 44 metres high and 13 storeys high. Unihouse has built the 8-storey Heimdalsporten modular buildings inTrondheim, Norway.

  • Unihouse does not produce single family houses. We focus on larger projects, such as modular house estates, with a minimum of 10 units on the Polish market and 30 units on the foreign market. We do not realise individual projects.

  • The lead time for modular construction depends on a number of factors, such as the complexity of the project, its size and specific requirements. Unihouse adapts the production and assembly schedule to the individual needs of each project. With prefabrication, Unihouse cuts construction time by up to half compared to traditional methods. Structural components are manufactured in the factory, allowing rapid assembly on site
