At Unihouse, we actively participated in the 12th Safety Week, which this year was held under the slogan "Safety. There is no space for illusion here." This event serves as a reminder that workplace safety is a value that has a real impact on the health and lives of each of us.
Anna Warszycka, Health and Safety Inspector at Unihouse:
"These types of exercises allow us not only to verify procedures but also to observe how people act under stress. It’s a valuable experience that translates directly into real safety."
As part of Safety Week, we organized a range of activities such as trainings, workshops, practical demonstrations, and meetings with experts and health and safety services. A key part of the program was the first aid competition, where teams could compete and improve their life-saving skills. This year, we also introduced a competition for innovations in occupational health and safety (OHS), organized in cooperation with the Chief Labour Inspector.
All activities aimed to raise awareness and provide practical preparation for handling emergency situations. They reminded us that everyday decisions have a real impact on safety – there is no room for routine or false sense of control.
At Unihouse, safety is the foundation of our daily work. Participation in Safety Week is an opportunity for us to improve procedures and build shared responsibility.
We thank all employees for their engagement and collective effort to ensure safety in the workplace.
