UNIHOUSE is a production branch of UNIBEP JSC, which applies the most modern industrial technologies to manufacture houses in Poland. UNIHOUSE specializes in the production of modular apartment buildings and single-family developments with a "turn-key" finish.

For those who prefer light and very warm houses, we can offer
timber-frame buildings, which can be manufactured in both panel and
modular systems. In the case of the panel system, ready-made elements
of walls, floors and roofs are transported from the factory to a building site,
where they are assembled. In the case of modules (a novelty in the Polish
market), fully finished residential modules, including furnished bathroom
and kitchen with white goods, are prepared in the factory for transport to
the building site. The modules are then used for the quick assembly of
single-family houses, apartment buildings, holiday cottages, motels and
commercial buildings. Timber-frame houses can be built in Poland.
However, the main market for them is in Scandinavian countries, where
it is common to build apartment buildings of complete residential
modules. UNIHOUSE holds Norwegian Technical Approvals for the
construction of buildings using the modular and panel systems.

The spring of 2009 saw the end of the construction of our large industrial facility for the production of timber-frame houses. The facility is equipped with the most modern, computer-controlled, German technological lines in Europe. The production potential in this technology amounts to ca. 500 houses or apartments, or ca. 50 000m2 a year, which makes us one of the biggest European companies in this business.

One of the Company's assets is its own modern carpenter's facility, where stairs as well as wooden elements and fittings are produced both for our own constructions and to external order.

Until the end of 2008 UNIHOUSE was also a significant property developer in the Warsaw market, where it built apartment buildings and single-family developments. In 2009 the development activity was transferred to a newly-established company called UNIDEVELOPMENT (based in Warsaw), which emerged from a division of UNIHOUSE. The UNIDEVELOPMENT Company began its business activity in spring 2009 and now conducts the sale of the houses and apartments built by Unihouse in the area of Warsaw.

On 01.09.2009 there was a fusion of UNIHOUSE Ltd and UNIBEP JSC and from that day we have been
functioning as UNIHOUSE Branch of UNIBEP JSC. UNIBEP JSC took over al the rights and obligations
of UNIHOUSE Ltd. The Branch kept its organizational identity, and Eugeniusz Wasilewski, as the
Branch Director and Proxy, is solely authorized to take all decisions regarding the Branch and conclude
agreements.
