There are 88 modules to be completed at the Unihouse factory, which will create 48 social housing units.

With its wooden modular construction, the project was considered exemplary. The prefabricated construction method is ecological, sustainable and healthy, which was of great importance to the investor.

The buildings were constructed to the high standard required by the Investor. Among other things, we used a wooden façade and wooden window frames with aluminium caps.

Of the 48 flats, six are handicapped-accessible and a further six meet the requirements for barrier-free construction.
