"Bjertnes: Unihouse will construct three more timber-framed buildings on the Norwegian market.

Unihouse SA in Bielsk Podlaski, a subsidiary of Unibep SA, has signed its third contract on the Norwegian market this year. This time it is "Bjertnes" project in Nittedal near Oslo, Norway. According to the contract, Unihouse SA will design and build in modular technology three buildings with 66 apartments.
The net value of the contract is NOK 104.5m, which is about PLN 45.4m net.
The design work will begin in Q1 2021, construction work is scheduled to start in Q2 2021, and the investment should be completed in Q2 2022.
